Internal Alchemy is a well written book. There is a lot of information, but the author Taylor Ellwood also shares his personal experiences. He goes through many different techniques and a lot of them help to be present with the emotion and your body. This book explores emotions, the body and how they create an inner alchemy. This book is important to me because despite doing a lot of inner work, I run away from myself, my body and emotions.
